Despite daily medication I still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted in my energy qualifications. The thought of waking up early to exercise in order to work out after long day at the office was just more than my mind could discern. And I thought the way I felt was going to need to be my normal, because, well, We were ON medication and it was the “best that could be done”. So, no exercise for me – no way, no how.
